If you’re not appalled, you’re not paying attention.  

Has there ever been such blatant misuse of position or such arrogance in our halls of leadership?

Such neglect of environment, flaunting and flagrant disregard of laws and abdication of responsibility by the traditional watchdogs of our society:  the clergy, associations and media?

As a world and as a nation, we have lost our moral leadership.  A new vision is needed.

If you have ranted at the lack of sanity in our country and world, I call on you to do something about it.

We, as women, are either part of the solution or, we are part of the problem.

We say, as Cultural Catalysts and Divine Feminine Leaders, “It is our turn to lead.”  Yes, within the halls of power as elected officials.  Yes, as advisory councils to those in power, providing perspective, sanity, wisdom and awareness to our leaders.  And yes, in order to insure sane, fair and sustainable governance at each level of society. 

Creating a global network of disciplined, moral, influential women is no fantasy.  It is a vital imperative and it is happening, now.

The time for system-wide reform is now.  Women are the best possible choice to infuse our institutions with integrity, inclusion and moral leadership. 

As Albert Einstein said, “You can’t solve a problem with the same thinking that created it.” 

Linear, top down governance will not save us.  A new type of perception is needed, one that will lead to new behaviors and structures that serve all. 

This is why women are great candidates for reform:  our thinking is different.  We look after the entire family, not just one person.  We care for each child in the classroom, not only the strongest.  We make sure wherever we lead, that it works for everyone.

Yet, right now, how you lead and how you think, has been programmed into you.

You got it from your father, your mother, your mentors, the military—whichever system raised you.

That’s why it’s inauthentic, programmed, and insensitive.  If you are honest, it’s not fulfilling, either; maybe even cringeworthy.

Yes, you’re successful despite this.  But the people to whom we’re leaving our great endeavors, are they up to the challenge?  Where will they go to learn actual intelligence, discernment, sensitivity and moral discretion?

What if, as a leader, you could feel and facilitate an elegant outcome with each individual and situation?   

What if you could bring honor to each interaction, as the wisest person in the room, and others glean from your guidance?

What world could be built if your actions were rooted in relating, not transacting?  And honoring ancient wisdom, not modern expediency? 

What if you watched your children, your proteges, your mentees and employees, develop moral character and an ability to think outside the box that has led to today’s struggles?

Erotic intelligence will upgrade civilization and sustain humanity.  Women must learn, apply and teach it, for we’re the conduit and source of this intelligence.
